This page contains additional policies that govern your use of Multisight Inc services.
1. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for subscription fees are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused months when cancellation is requested. One-Time Purchases: Software products purchased as one-time fees are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@multisightinc.com with your order details.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive to provide reliable and consistent service to all our customers. Uptime Commitment: We target 99.5% uptime for our proprietary platforms, excluding scheduled maintenance. Maintenance Windows: Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance when possible. Support Response Times: We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 business hours for all customers.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
When using our services, you agree not to: (a) Use services for any illegal activities or to violate any laws, (b) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, (c) Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, (d) Engage in activities that could harm or disrupt our services, (e) Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications, (f) Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
4. Content Policy
Content Created by You: You retain ownership of any content you create using our services. We claim no ownership over your content. Content Provided by Us: All proprietary software, documentation, and materials provided through our services remain our intellectual property. Prohibited Content: You may not use our services to create, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights.
5. Data Backup Policy
While we implement robust data protection measures, we recommend that customers maintain their own backups of important data. Our Responsibility: We perform regular backups of system data and user data stored on our platforms. Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of any critical data or content you create using our services.
6. Account Termination Policy
Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing recovery if needed. Involuntary Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Service, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will provide notice when possible.
7. Pricing and Payment Policy
All prices are clearly disclosed before purchase and charged in USD or EUR as selected. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

We reserve the right to modify any of these policies at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policies. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice to active customers.
